What is your return policy?
Change of heart? You have 60 days from delivery to send an item back. Email support@williamthorne.com and we'll walk you through it.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, every order ships free. No minimum spend, no fine print, just delivery that's included in the price you see.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, and typically arrive 3 to 7 business days after that. You'll get a tracking link as soon as it's on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only ship within the United States. We'd rather do this one market really well before expanding, but if that changes, we'll let our customers know first.
How long do refunds take?
Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are issued within 7 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it on your statement.
Do you accept exchanges?
We do. Email support@williamthorne.com and we'll help you find the right size or style.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Every transaction runs through SSL encryption to keep things secure.
Is my personal and payment information safe?
Yes. We don't store your sensitive payment details, and checkout is fully encrypted from start to finish.
What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?
Start with the tracking link from your shipping email. If it's been more than 9 business days with no sign of it, email support@williamthorne.com and we'll chase it down.
Can I update or cancel my order?
If it hasn't shipped yet, quite possibly. Get in touch as soon as you can after ordering and we'll do what we can.
