SECTION 20 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At Williamthorne we care about how a garment fits into your everyday life, not just how it looks on the day it arrives. If something about your order isn't quite right, we want the process of putting it right to be simple and calm.

Sixty days to decide

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return. That's enough time to try a piece properly, wear it a few times, and be sure it earns its place in your wardrobe.

What we ask in return

Items should come back to us unused, in their original condition, with any tags and packaging still included. This keeps things fair for every customer and lets us process your return quickly.

No restocking fees

We never charge a restocking fee. The price you paid is the price you get back, in full.

Starting a return

Email us at support@williamthorne.com with your order number and we will walk you through the next steps.

Shipping the item back

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend sending your parcel with a trackable service so it can be followed on its way back to us.

Prefer to exchange?

If you would rather swap for a different size or colour, just let us know when you get in touch. Exchanges are available on request.

When you'll see your refund

Once your return arrives and passes a quick inspection, we process refunds within 7 business days. Your bank or card provider may need a little longer to show the funds in your account.
