Shipping policy

Shopping for considered menswear should feel just as straightforward as wearing it. At Williamthorne, our shipping is built to be quick, clear and free of surprises.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Every order is checked and packed carefully before it leaves our hands, and all delivery costs are included so there's nothing extra to work out at checkout.

Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

Transit

Once shipped, parcels typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days.

Total delivery window

Most orders land on your doorstep within 4 to 9 business days of being placed.

Our order cut-off is 3:00 PM EST, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after this time are processed the following business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way. Delays can occasionally happen, especially around busy periods or due to conditions outside our control, and we will keep you posted if that ever affects your delivery.
